Cohousing parking structure with solar and ecoroof
In spring of 2018, Manning Design + Construction assisted a cohousing development with adding an ecoroof to a solar array structure over their parking garage. With a full irrigation system, the 900 square feet ecoroof planted with sedum cuttings in 4″ of soil sits below the housing area and is visible from the sites above.
